Mahameghaprabham devim krshnavastrapidhayinim. lalajihvam ghoradamstram kotarakshim hasanmukhim. nagaharalatopetam chandrardhakrutashekharam. dya likhantim jatamekam lelihanasabam swayam.nagajajnopvitangim nagashajyanishedushim. panchasanmunda samjukta vanamalam mahodarim. sahastraphanasamjukta mananta sirosapari.chaturdikshu nagaphanavestitam guhyakalikam. takshaka sarparajena vamakankana bhusitam. anantanagarajenakruta dakshinakankanam. nagenarasanahara kalpitam ratnanupuram. vame shiva swarupantat kalpitam vatsarupakam. dwivhujam chintayet devim nagajajnopovitinim. naradehasamavaddha kundala shrutimanditam. prasannavadanam soumyam navaratnavibhushitam. naradadimuniganai sevitam shivamohinim. attahasam mahabhimam sadhakavista dayinim.
important thing is that. here Shiva represented as vatsa or child of guhyakalika. and he is not in right as general. he is in left. devi not holding any weaponry. she is represented as adya. |

Thank you so much for posting this. It is really nice to see the devi in this form.
In this the devi is with alot of snakes. Can you please tell me what does that snake represent? Is it knowledge, kundalini shakti, moksha or anything else? |
|
|
It is very hard to say. generally when one snake hood shows over crown it represent elevated kundalini. but this type of dhyana verse with complete set of snakes i don't know what does this represent. but i have entered into the main Puja place before this idol, really one will feel the vibration. people say that this idol belongs to mahiravana of patala loka. you will find information on internets. you write guhyakali akalipur. there will be some information. i have one book but not in English. i will try to post some information later.
