As per the ancient tantra grandhas, Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra goes like this:

Om Haum, Om juum, Om sah:, Om Bhuh, Om Bhuvah, Om swahah, Trayambakamayajamahe sugandhim pustivardhanam| Urvarukamivabandhanan mrutyormuksheeyamaamrutaat| Om swahah, Om Bhuvah, Om Bhuh, Om sah:, Om juum, Om Haum, Om swahaa||

There are other two versions also.
