The first two mantras are like the attributes of Devi like her names in various ashtottarashatnamas(108) names,etc.so the do not require utkilana U can chant them without utkilana mantras.The third mantra U have written is the mantra of shree Krishna which has a bija mantra associated with it which is Kleem which also known as Lajja beejam so it may have kilakam but you can still chant it there is no problem with it.But I would advise you to contact your Guru in this matter he or she will guide U properly in this matter.To answer your last question almost all veda mantras the mantras of Dus Mahavidya,Sri Vidya mantras,Tantrik mantrad are keelit.U will get deep insights on all these topics from your Guru or any other Competent person so you can get complete knowledge about this.
