Could you please tell me why beeja mantra is repeated for shodashi mantra not the original verse.
what is the difference. why has it short formed?

Rishi have heard it as long verse not as beejakshra (i dont know).

what is book of akash?

The mantra was passed on in the bīja format to the Ṛṣī-s and the same format has continued since then. The long format is usually in the mantroddhāra, which is the mantra derivation śloka for the associated mantra.
