Hari Om.
May I know the correct version of the captioned mantra:

om hauṁ om juṁ saḥ bhūrbhuvaḥ svaḥ trayaṁbakaṁ yajāmahe sugaṁdhiṁ puṣṭipardhanam | ūrvārukamiva baṁdhanān mṛtyormukṣīya māmṛtāt
bhurbhuvaḥ svaroṁ juṁ saḥ om ||

1. The second Om should put in front of juṁ saḥ or bhūrbhuvaḥ svaḥ?
2. Should we put an Om in front of trayaṁbakaṁ yajāmahe?
3. Should we add hauṁ by the last sentence as "bhurbhuvaḥ svaroṁ juṁ saḥ hauṁ om"?
